BLENDER CORN CAKE ๐Ÿ˜‹

Ingredients:

4 eggs

2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)

3 tablespoons of wheat flour (soup)

1 can of green corn

2 cups (tea) of sugar

1 cup of corn flour

50g grated Parmesan cheese

1 liter of milk

1 tablespoon of baking powder

Instructions:

1. In a blender, put all ingredients except yeast, beat everything well, add yeast and mix manually with the help of a spatula until all yeast is dissolved (blender turned off).

2. Grease a baking pan with butter and cornmeal, and pour the mixture into it.

3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes.
