2 sticks Butter, softened
¾ c. Sugar
¾ c. Brown sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
3 Tbsp. Milk
2 c. Chocolate Morsels
2 c. Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
1 c. Heavy cream
