CARROT CAKE RECIPE 📝

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups of sugar

3/4 cup of oil

400g of carrots (about 3 medium carrots)

2 cups of wheat flour (American cup)

1 tablespoon of baking soda

PREPARATION MODE🍰

In the blender, beat the eggs, sugar, oil and the carrot for about 3 minutes, then in a pot add the wheat flour and the yeast with the help of a fork or a spoon and take to roast.

Bake on 180° for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.

COVER UP 🍰

1 condensed milk

1 cream of milk

1 tablespoon of margarine

5 Scoops of Chocolate

PREPARATION MODE😊

Put everything in a pan and take to the fire until it thickenes, throw it on top of the cake still warm 😉😋
