Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 and 5/8 cups milk
1/2 cup hot water
1 tablespoon white vinegar or lemon juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 jar Nutella
10 slices of white bread

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, caster sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, hot water, vinegar or lemon juice, and vegetable oil.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Scoop about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Repeat until all the batter is used up.
Spread Nutella on one side of each slice of bread. Place a pancake on top of the Nutella on five of the slices of bread, then top with another slice of bread to create a sandwich.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry each sandwich for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
