CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH PASSAGE Mousse 🍰

INGREDIENTS:

4 eggs

1 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of melted butter

1 cup of milk

2 cups of wheat flour

1/2 cup of cocoa powder

1 tablespoon of baking soda

CAKE PREPARE MODE

Mix well the 4 eggs, sugar, butter and milk, then add the wheat flour, cocoa powder and baking soda, mix again. Grease a form with butter and drain the batter. Bake in preheated oven to 180° for approx 40 mins

Note: after baking, soak the cake with a simple chocolate syrup (1 cup of milk, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, mix everything and dip)

INGREDIENTS OF FOAM

1 cup of concentrated passion fruit juice

1 can of condensed milk

1/2 container of creamer milk

1 cup of powdered milk

MODE OF MOUSSE PREPARATION:

Beat everything in the blender until very creamy, then pour it on top of the cake. Let freeze for 3 hours then serve.
